Abbe, Athlete Balances Food And CrossFit

CrossFit-Athlete-Abbe

If you want to know true balance and acceptance of not only food, but your body as well, Shannon is your girl.

Shannon Cultivated What I Already Knew About Nutrition

While I came in with some knowledge, she really cultivated what I knew and added on 100x more than I could ever ask for for nutrition and overall health knowledge. She helped me work through my hormone issues, gave me information on what to look for, tools on how to help with what I was struggling with, and curated plans to help me to achieve any goal I strived for.

A Healthier and Happier Way of Life

One of her best qualities is that she never makes me feel bad if I slip up or go off track. She offers me tips to get back on track and encourages me to keep on going and navigate around any obstacles that come my way (injury, hormones, new job, life, etc.) I am thankful to have such a wonderful and educated person helping me find a healthy and happier way to live my life.
