I began working with Shannon because as a strongman athlete, it’s important to fuel myself properly. When we first started, I was under eating and definitely not eating enough fruits/veggies. With her guidance, she helped me implement some small habits to include the proper nutrition I needed. It didn’t feel like a diet, it was sustainable guidelines. So happy I started working with her!
