I started working with Shannon after I had my son, and everything I was doing wasn’t working.

Eating And Timing

Shannon sat down with me and listened about what I was eating, how much I was working out, and about my menstrual cycle abnormalities. She opened my eyes to how I was not eating enough after my workouts and how to adapt my workouts and nutrition to my goals. We met every week and made adjustments as needed. She helped me understand the right supplements to take, learning to eat according to where I was at in my menstrual cycle, and to not be afraid of carbs!

Learning To Listen To My Body

Ultimately Shannon really helped me learn about my body and helped me navigate severe hormonal issues as well. She dissected my lab results and helped me to overcome so much! I’m so grateful for everything she has helped me with not only when it comes to nutrition but learning how to listen to my body. Everyone needs a Shannon in their life!
