Shannon and I first started working together after I won a raffle for a month of nutrition coaching with her.

She took into account my daily schedule, lifestyle and activity, and history of PCOS to come up with a nutrition plan that works for me and my goals. Additionally, she is the first person who recommended specific vitamins and supplements to help manage my PCOS.

Prior to my Strongman competition, Shannon and I met to go over my nutrition plan for the day before, day off, and day after.

Shannon was so thorough in formulating my plan.

She gave me specific meal and snack ideas, as well as timing those meals and snacks around the specific competition events. Having this nutrition plan made a huge difference in my performance throughout the day.

Overall, Shannon’s recommendations and support have helped me to stay consistent, feel more energized, and perform better as an athlete!
