Shannon's client Molly competing at a powerlifting competition

Shannon and I started working together in July of 2024 after I approached her wanting some help with keeping closer to competition body weight for power lifting.

I had a general idea of macros, protein goals etc, but I found this hard to balance while trying to effectively fuel for 2 hour + powerlifting sessions. Not only was this goal seamlessly achieved with Shannon’s guidance, but I never felt hungry, underfueled, or like I had to resort to drastic measures in order to achieve the goals Shannon and I set together.

With Shannon’s help I weighed in well under my needed weight class and achieved my highest powerlifting total at my lowest body weight while competing. Additionally, Shannon helped keep me well fueled for competition, which I have been woefully unprepared for in the past.
