After Florida’s Strongest Man in 2020 I Wanted To Start Focusing On Nutrition

I first started working with Shannon after 2020 Florida’s Strongest Man when after that competition, I wanted to start focusing on my nutrition leading up to and during competition days. Shannon had just started training in my class, and I asked if she could help me with nutrition preparation for Miami’s baddest man, my next competition.

Easy and Efficient Onboarding

The onboarding process was easy and time efficient, she even came to our house to talk about what I was eating for training and during competition days. She does not make you feel bad about what you are eating or make you feel like you are wrong in whatever it is that you eat. She was able to see from the first conversation that I was undereating. She makes you feel that you do not have to go crazy on a diet to make a change to your body’s appearance, which I really appreciated. I have been working with her for a little over a year, and my body feels better at 320lbs, and I have been performing a lot better in the sport that I have chosen.

Trust the Process

I have stopped cramping during competition days, and I know what to eat and when. Shannon is a great coach, dietician, and mostly human being and friend! She will do her absolute best in the abundance of knowledge that she has to make you look and feel better about yourself. Also, don’t try and fib about what you have been doing because she will catch you, and it will show. Be true to yourself and trust in Shannon! She will get you on the right path to achieve your goals!

With her guidance, she helped me implement some small habits to include the proper nutrition I needed. It didn’t feel like a diet.
