Shannon Palmer, MS, RD
Shannon Palmer is a registered Dietitian/Nutritionist with a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology & Sports Nutrition from Florida State University.
Shannon has worked with various athletes, including professional soccer and collegiate football teams, as well as individuals who participate in sports such as equestrian vaulting, rock climbing, track, swimming, rugby, Strongman, CrossFit, and Power & Olympic lifting.
