Working with Shannon was an awesome experience.

She did an incredible job of rebuilding my nutrition from the ground up. I didn’t realize how drastically I was under-eating. When she got me on track my energy, performance, and motivation improved immensely. Even during the cut phase of our plan I was able to make two lifetime lift PRs.
