Jordan, Former Collegiate D1 Rower

Former D1 Rowing Athlete Jordan pulling a vehicle in a strongman competition after working with Shannon Palmer

When I started working with Shannon, I was apprehensive because I have had dietitians in the past who pushed a more restrictive diet and did not accommodate my busy schedule.

Shannon quickly proved to be different.

She helped me find a plan that fits my busy work week, supports my training intensity, and doesn’t feel rigid or restrictive.

Before I met Shannon I was struggling to get my physique and strength where I wanted it to be. My goal is to build muscular size and get stronger for sport but I kept getting nagging injuries and didn’t have enough energy to make it through my workouts.

Shannon’s meal plan and education helped me to pick foods and recipes that support my goals AND are manageable for a 40+ hour work week.

Now I feel and look the best I ever have.

My strength is up and I was able to place in my first strongman competition. Thank you, Shannon!
